​Defence for Children International -Greece through its 'Children’s Rights Helpdesk' promotes the due implementation of the Right of the Child to Seek Asylum and Receive Appropriate Protection and Humanitarian Assistance in the enjoyment of applicable rights set forth in the Convention of the Rights of the Child (Article 22 of the CRC)

• We provide Legal Assistance and Representation to unaccompanied children, single mothers and families.

 

• We contact the relevant authorities on behalf of the children to ensure access and enjoyment of their rights

 

• We write and submit legal memos to support their claim before the national and international authorities

 

• We promote Children’s access to their Social Rights and we link  them to relevant available Services to them
